His Holiness Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche

H.H. Jigmé Phuntsok (1933-2004) was an incredibly influential and remarkable tertön. He became one of the most well known teachers in Tibet and was a prominent leader in the revival of Buddhism after the Cultural Revolution. In addition to this, he revealed many terma treasures throughout Asia often in front of crowds. He was a devoted and disciplined practitioner and gave his followers an inspiring example of how to diligently develop their capacities.

Lama Drimed Rinpoche

At the age of three, Lama Drimed Rinpoche showed amazing faith and love for the Dharma. At the age of seven, he entered a Chinese school to learn Chinese, laying the foundation for his future teaching in fluent Chinese. At the age of twelve, he learned to read and write Tibetan from the great master Geluo Rinpoche. Geluo Rinpoche realized in meditation and dreams that Lama Drimed Rinpoche would be of great help to the spread of the Dharma and the welfare of sentient beings, so he kept him by his side and tried his best to teach him many precious teachings. In the study of Tibetan and the Dharma, Lama Drimed Rinpoche also showed extraordinary wisdom.
